Mission Statement: Mom’s Carrier grants single mothers the opportunity to lighten their load by providing dependable, donated vehicles—offering a path toward independence and stability.

Vision Statement: To help single mothers reach their next destination—literally and figuratively—by offering them transportation and tangible support to rebuild their lives.

Business Plan:

1. Executive Summary: Mom’s Carrier will be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to empowering single mothers by donating reliable vehicles to those who have carried the weight of life alone. Our aim is to turn donated vehicles into opportunities for freedom, employment, and family restoration.

Target Audience:

· Single mothers (ages 17–30)

· Prioritized: Former foster care youth, single moms that have chosen to give birth over abortion, survivors of domestic abuse, and low-income families.

Objectives:

·Distribute 25+ vehicles annually to eligible moms

· Launch in Texas with regional expansion by Year 3

· Partner with car dealerships, churches, and donors.

Programs and Services:

· Vehicle Donation Program: Accepts donated vehicles, repairs as needed, and transfers ownership to vetted single mothers

· Donor Recognition and Storytelling: Every donor receives a video or letter from the vehicle recipient

· Financial Literacy and Readiness: Basic vehicle ownership prep course
